The Right Reverend Dr King

Five decades have made his preaching prophetic, didactic Fresh from College, he was invited to go on teaching, O Professor King! Chiseled his own Gettysburg address, to heal divided church and State: We honor your family that overcame threats, bombs, the Bureau's wiretapping! Yes, you were snatched away from us in your prime Like a few other great Americans, and one who descended from Heaven Like Jesus Himself, disciples disappointed, turned away ... with time Now, it is safe to celebrate you (birth and death): How you inspire the children! Your words enter my mind resonate there and force me to feel their weight. Well said, Emile.

Emile Pinet, this means so much, your visit. FEAR prevents us, sometimes, from appreciating heroes like Dr. King, or Helen Keller. Their work still goes on & on ... I suppose because the Holy Spirit of God used them. Even Moses, King David, St. Peter - had their weak moments. Anywhoo, no comments would have felt like a tomb right here. You saved the day ... & tells me Dr. MLK is relevant to all people. Blessings, Anil Deo.
