The reign and rain of terror

The year ends on saddest notes of crying, dying babies in Palestine and obstructed efforts to throw them a lifeline They ought to have long halted this ethnic cleansing of the indigenous inhabitants Stop the cruel bombardment of their poor apartments I'm not just griping for nothing, the scenario is too bloodied and gripping for sure, Doctors go wiping off blood as babies are rushed dripping with gore to hospitals tripping with casualties galore All humane hearts with any humanity crushed and shaken to the core Too appalling and harrowing as brutal bullies go carpet bombing them, razed to the floor For all peaceful tender hearts all this an eyesore. Condemn them with solemn hearts for this malicious apartheid, for this atrocious genocide It's been going on since ages filling history's pages It's not a fair war that wages Babies and women weild no military weapons Stop them massacring the wearers of baby bibs in cribs or moms and matrons in aprons . Hey Mr. Biden, bid them lay arms down in armistice A call for ceasefire is the needed advice Our minds by now filled to the brim with images too horrible and grim It's not just a conflict when pain is inflicted far more on innocent already afflicted ! Poor folks running helter skelter for there really is no safe shelter. Palestinians have become the bullies' bulls eye who for their own land are made to die! Israel acts so brutally, it wants to push and shove, bomb civilians from above and expects the Palestinians to react with love and be the peaceful dove?? Failure to protect Palestinian human rights and delaying ceasefire is a major fiasco by the international UNESCO which claims to be a protector of human rights Who but tyrants destroy humble homesteads with warheads? Poor Palestinians stumble and tumble over their dead. We mourn and cry the deaths of civilians and soo many Muslims and non Muslims have expressed solidarity with the suppressed, oppressed and repressed Palestinians. Hey, worldly super powers End war and their diaspora End the massacre End the occupation That's my heart bleeding in poetic anaphora?? Gaza's gazelles had been nice to the refugee crocodiles and then those ingrates showed them only vile wiles, God's eyes and the global gaze is on Gaza now, in the smoky haze, as the tyrants raze and erase homes and ways. Palestinians don't deserve extermination but rather emancipation! So respect their existence or expect resistance!

This is a breathtaking poem and true to the last word. Other cultures and nations are now demonstrating with the Palestinians, even Jews. The world has become selfish and cruel, and greedy we need empathy and inter- communication before a 3rd WW breaks out, and the pot is not just simmering, it is at boiling point. Its all wrong all the killing and mistruths should Stop..I just see a reason being formulated to keep wars running...The people get sick of it The 'so called man of peace comes along' many People will grab at his spiel.' And who is going to Set him up.? Some false leaders of Isreal..Must be.? They have the infrastructure, there wiil also be the Remmnant people who don't go with that move.' I'm against all offensive war. The killing of civilians, women and children is terrible. It's bad enough when defending oneself, but attacking civilians seems wrong to me. This has been going on for decades, I see no end without God stepping in. Humanity is getting what we deserve for forsaking our Creator God and war is the ultimate example of what hating others will do to people. A strong poem and worthy presentations for those dying. The Palestinians aren't forsaking God nor hating on jews who they welcomed as refugees. Israel is very Islamophobic and just wants to steal their land and resources even by killing them off. Its an unequal unfair war with the defenseless. Thanks so much for praying for peace and feeling for poor dying or bereaved babies and children.

We are watching, and it is genocide, and you are right you only need to have a pulse and a shred of humanity to see this is wrong!!! The war was with Hamas, not Gasa. Yes dear, but hamas is only the people's resistance fighters and liberation army as Palestine has every right to defend itself from the occupation colonisers. Unfortunately Biden didn't enforce the ceasefire and they do fund the Israeli weaponry. A two state solution would be too fair and just for Israel who wants to ethnic cleanse the Palestinians ah. a riveting poem that underscores the horror and injustice of any war. As with most wars, it's the innocent that suffer caught in political crossfires. Other than that, I'm like Tom. I'm politically neutral as to the right and wrongness of either side. War is wrong in my book regardless of the circumstances.

This dear is the only unjust war at the moment where a land's inhabitants are killed for ethnic cleansing in large numbers by invader occupation abd where the civilians are largely defenseless and are babies and children. It is both disheartening and perplexing to witness this dire situation in which people are being murdered and injured. Given how long this has been occurring, I am perplexed as to why no one is taking action to halt it. Even a fair fight has ceased to exist, as in a war in which both parties possess weapons. It appears that a significant number of individuals are being intentionally murdered.

Thanks for directing me here to read this. It's breaking our hearts (at least for many of us) that Israel is conducting its revenge war at its convenience and at the expense of innocent civilians. Setting up a society that is supportive to Palestinians where they would remove all violence would require a lot of sacrifice by Israel and not a wall. I don't think their current leadership has the capability for that level of empathy and compassion

Non violence on all sides would go a long way to start the path to peace and a co-existence that would be sustainable and beneficial to all. Life is so short that it is shameful that it is damaged and extinguished with a lack of empathy. For those of us who have seen the effect of death first hand, it seems so obvious.

A very difficult situation really to witness and makes me ponder why this has been allowed to go on for so many years, and many turn a deaf ear or blind eye to those that are being killed … it isnt even war at this point, war is when both sides are equally equipped to fight for whatever, but this feels more like a genocide and its all because of those with political power, unfortunately the innocent ones in both israel and palestine are suffering because of this. oh dear yes there are many good, fair and just jews who condemn the illegal apartheid and atrocities against the indigenous Palestinians. yes, the brits did wrong to award palestinian lands to the jews encouraging them to oust the palestinian inhabitants. Before that the jews refugees were welcome to share the land living peacefully together. And Palestinians only just shout for revenge verbally in frustration but they can never really commit a genocide of jews like they have been facing since years.

It's heartbreaking what has happened ans is happened there..I feel for the innocent people dying, almost 21000 people dead and what happened at the refugee camp on the 24th where the IDF have admitted using the wrong weapon is a war crime... Such a sad situation ans so many will die due to a lack of medical care and hunger ... never mind school and holidays...and its getting colder over there...

(A credible, just and trustworthy hero, Miko Peled as a son of the Israeli general himself who deflected from the brutal regime condemned the zionist regime.
