The Question Is

Oh conscience who are you,                                               so you really tell me right from wrong.                                 Do you really keep me out of trouble,                                 are you there when I need you.                                           Are you a figment of my imagination,                                   are you real.                                                                     Do you sit upon my shoulder,                                             I really wonder just who you are.                                       Are you the one that tells me what is wrong and do not do it,                                                                                         are you the one that tells me what is right and to do it.         Are you my friend or enemy,                                               why should I listen to you.
