The Perfect Life

No matter what he says
Either good or bad
You will always be there
You will always forgive
You will always forget
You keep on fighting
Striving for the day
of perfect harmony
Your thinking that it won't
take long, after all
He's the best dang man
you have ever had
Then one day it
all came true
He drops to one knee
And asks in the sweetest voice
"Will you marry me"
You bust out in tears
Saying "yes,yes.yes"
Your dream finally came true
No more fighting
No more striving
You are in perfect harmony

Wonderful and congratulations! It is beautiful to find the special one to love always. However striving to be better should never stop from both sides, no? exciting write. Your enthusiasm and happiness is felt through the lines. Thanks for sharing. Caroline.
