Thanks Sara, inflation is a really bad thing for people who don't own a lot of assets that go up in value as it occurs. I worry about it too. It has affected a lot of us, and Biden doesn't have the ability to explain things very well...I agree with you there! BTW, Congress determines taxes, and there should be much higher taxes on the very wealthy to raise $$ for the government so that we don't increase the money supply to pay government's bills.

Andrea, I didn't see this comment before now. Yes, I would hope that would happen as well. The craziness of DT has increased lately, and we would prefer a democratic candidate who could explain their message with vigor. I think Biden's heart is in the right place, though I really resent the fact that he has not stepped aside. That is a form of arrogance as well. In the debate coming up, I would suggest bars be placed in front of Trump (for a jail and mental institution) and a casket behind Biden.The overall desire for power at the expense of the national welfare has reached a new level. My own view is that a cadaver can do less harm than a sociopathic mental patient.

Thanks for reading and commenting of course. We're in a tough situation over here, and we'll have to see what happens. Many of us are thinking Biden's alliance with Israel and their brutal execution of this war in response to the horrible attack by Hamas will alienate a lot of voters. We're watching and discussing it for now as we have no direct control over this situation as citizens.

Thanks Vijay. Many of us are worried. I just wrote a letter to each member of the Supreme Court expressing concern about their upcoming rule on the former president's case. I hope they realize the gravity of any potential immunization for criminal activity as president. Thanks for being here and for being such a wonderful poet.

Tom, yes seems to work that way. We have a real problem here with a lack of questioning among many citizens as well as an inability to put facts together in a meaningful way that may not indicate we're on target with our beliefs.

Thanks Jan...I believe that Biden has problems with some of his positions as well, but he has empathy, self control, honor, and understands fairness. He doesn't always do the right thing in my opinion, but he can change his mind. The orange man will do whatever is in his own self interest and lie to get what he wants. The rest just stretch the truth a bit. OMG.
