The Passing of Monsoon

by Parizo Van Thulare

After endless days of tear drops and heartbreaks
After some endless weeks of restless nights and headeches

The bruises and bleedings
The critics and mind cramps
The romours and lies
The prayers and the thirst for answers

Life decides to wink
All these problems get to test a hole of a sink
All flowers turn to pink
A new destination shows a link

No more blindspots
No more smiles to forge
It all goes back to square one
Addiction for success affects everyone
