The Paralympics
I did it for myself,
And I did it to win,
I did it for my health,
And I did it to grin;
I did it to achieve,
My capacities to detect,
And never wanted to leave
My love elect.
I did it to fit in,
Not only for the buzz,
But I did it so to chin
My disability's fuzz;
I overcame my fear
Of looking the fool,
And met others dear
To my failure tool.
