The Pain, the Pain - Not Mine

I
The pain, the pain - not mine
God had allowed them, I didn't whine
Love and lottery share a common thread -

Money makes them attractive, addictive

We know it yet prefer silence, one so eerie
It is shocking that sin can make us merry

II
When what we felt, rises to the surface
The pain is deep. Beyond egg on a face
Maybe I abused Earth; this pain, not mine
I WILL NOT OWN IT. I REBUKE ITS SPIRIT
I am free; He took it all at Calvary; He took it

The merry some feel from sin is the deception of evil. It has blinded many people and they live in an illusionary world. Things today are seldom what they seem to be, Anil. There is no joy/bliss in sin. There is only pain and delayed pain. Pain for the sinner and those that sin with the sinner. Bill

Much pain in this world--perhaps the pleasure comes with pain. You are always thinking outside the box, Anil.

We do not have to day. "my headache, my cancer, my pain," as I apply positive thinking but also avoid negative vibes & seeds in mind & body. ThanX much, Vijay Sahib.

I doubt that sin can make us merrier. The more we sin, the more we want. We are never satisfied.

You have wisdom, Victor, but why is sin growing? Families don't do their jobs?
