The Other Woman
Who is she?
You claim you love her..
You have thrown away..
Years of our love..
A love that was so true..
Connection was intense..
We were one..
You were my soulmate..
So I believed..
I still hunger for you..
You have poisoned me with your deception..
You have poisoned me with your lies..
I still hunger for you..
You have departed from me..
A departure you so much desired..
As you have found the other woman to love..
Departure and all
I still hunger for you..
Nights are consitsted of hurtful pain..
Endless they seem..
Time almost seems to stand still..
A woman with open wounds I am..
Frozen in time..
I have spilled my blood..
I have shed my tears..
A water fall of tears..
Though the nights are long..
Though the nights seem never ending..
The sun does rise..
It is a new day..
You chose the other woman..
I choose to heal my wounds..
My entire state of being..
