The One Who Survives

The On Who Survives Contest
Sponsor: Sara Kendrick

Goodbye...
   couldn't save her
    live to tell her story
    I'm a suicide survivor
       miss her...

~Date Written: February 5, 2016~

*** I call myself a suicide survivor not because I tried to take my own life and lived to tell the story, but because I have lost a close family member to suicide, therefore I am a suicide survivor***

Suicide is so sad, Laura, and many questions are asked afterwards, to which very often there are no answers. ~ Congratulations on a very fine win. ~ Regards // paul

It so saddens me that life has become so unbearable for a soul that they think they are better dead. Powerful write, dear Laura. Elaine
