The Naked Truth -Sequel From Another Sequel

they had just met sharing drinks at the bar
his bedroom eyes looked at her from afar
he wished to narrow the gap
share his sweetness on tap
she rained on his parade when he gave her sugar

Note-I know. I let this stew for awhile. I wanted to use she rained on his parade-this is like hitting the jackpot on a slot machine if you know what I mean.

Anthony Mark April 5, 2017 at 2:53 AM This is a well thought out worded lim, however the last line is out of meter....the word "Parade" causes it to stutter, needs to be a single Syllable word....and rethinking ....x
