Sweet Lorelei was in distress - an angler’s rod ripped off her dress, perched high on her rock, she was sans her frock, her nakedness she must redress! She clambered down onto the beach, to gather seaweed in arm's reach, then formed a bikini, (which was rather teeny,) now sailors declare her a peach! Sea Tales Limerick Contest Sponsored by Carolyn Devonshire Limerick 1: 8,8,5,5,8 Limerick 2: 8,8,6,6,8 Favorite color for jewellery – green Ring size I think is possibly 5/ J ½ (to be confirmed) 7/31/18

Hey there, my favorite stranger! I've been too, too hard to find (too busy for my body), but I'll never stop trying to catch up. I've missed your limericks and needed this 'fix.' By the way, thought of you when I read Nina Parmenter's Dodgy Roger limerick - check it out, you'll enjoy. As always, I send you positive vibes. Poetry hugs ... CayCay

The Lorelei are renown for their awesome "song" (think Mormon choir) but your temptation is more of a lure to a sailor - or tourist! Hula dancers frequently were costumes of natural material so you have certainly added an international flavour to your limerick. Well done! I am sure everyone is impressed by your command of the language and rhythm! Aloha! Rico

Ahh, such a brilliant limerick you have penned, I absolutely love reading it, I am sure that the filling of the enteries is only a formality but the ring in the end will definitely go to away, still I wish you best of luck in the contest, good luck and have a really nice day
