Like NYC and New York State's government, Liberty now had 'lead in her pants.' :) gw

It is so easy to get wrapped up in the model you create that you overlook the imperfect person standing next to you, a wonderful tanka, Kim! (also love crayon is forever)

Kim, I adored this tanka. A work of art is a way of permanently devoting cherished feelings and thoughts to an everlasting substance. But If something is not intended to last and not deeply established in one's heart and mind, why bother committing to it in the first place?

Excellent truth! Difficult for me to do anything, that doesn't require all my attention. If something is not meant to last, not adhered indelibly in the heart and mind, why bother committing one's self to doing? Joe.
