The Lord Is Love

Love is not liked
or knew very well
Love is alone
and under it's spell
Miracles it seems
from birth it yells
And though not shopping
we buy what it sells
Dedication and honor
they have their place
With eyes it steals
a perticular grace
The work of labor
a smiling face
Hidden feelings
from semstress' lace
Love has it's place
in a deck of cards
always the Joker
above all odds
Love is hopes supply
unseen help
We know not why
who know what commanded
or place it lied
it's why we suffered
and reason we cried
