"the Longest Mile" (Inspired By T.S. Eliot)

Ultimate truth it's cradle is wisdom
All begins is wisdom’s simplicity
Joins together a begin to an end(Agape's wedding band)
Truth doth end all knowledge complexity

Source wisdom refold remold wisdom gold
Life’s journey’s end is a journey’s begin
Ultimate choice humanity’s own voice
Where wisdom begins and knowledge ends

Wilderness__ lost souls intertwined__ in mind
Thus we all shall arrive at very start
To know wisdom begin for the first time
Wisdom’s center where souls of hearts did part

Through an unknown remembered sacred gate
Unto source of wisdom’s longest river
Souls return unto wisdom’s sacred fate
To ultimate truth__ wisdom’s life giver

Ultimate wisdom sacred DNA
Wisdom’s Agape__ ultimate creator
The child’s sacred return from it’s play
Knowledge returns from complexity’s tour

(Inspired by T.S. Eliot)
We shall cease from our mind’s exploration
Costing us not less than mind’s everything
When our tongues of mind’s flame are in-folded
Only then crowned knots of fire and rose become one

There is NO truth...what human precise as true one day....will be false a year hence...will be false in one part of the world and true...momentarily in another part of the world. There is no wisdom there is only the memorization or compliation of human stories. The only wise man is the man/woman who knows their own knowledge is flawed and constantly changing and that they know little.

John, you have the fervor. And I can tell that it is true and good. Good for you! Too few people today believe in anything. And Satan never sleeps, as one can witness by just getting up each day and seeing the headlines. Something is on the way, to be sure. You can feel it, if you are honest with yourself. It's like the air that you breathe-you don't see it, but it's surely there. I came into the world not to unite, but to divide. Indeed, we might be seeing the beginning of that now... Gerard.

Interesting thoughts that you have penned...I especially like the stanza that starts "Through an unknown remembered sacred gate"...The human brain has the ability to hold 3 million years of information...Keep the creative pen flowing.. Sara

This is deep and profound, John. Much to contemplate. I love the line "Truth doth end all knowledge complexity." Not to be redundant...but that's so true. ;-) Excellent write, and a worthy entry in the Journey contest.

An amazing poem for the Journey contest, John!! I hope you have entered this gem! There is so much wisdom spoken (wisdom's simplicity...as you have said so beautifully) (you have said it thoughtfully, and with grace! ) Excellent and insightful! Good luck! ~ Love, Carrie
