The Lofty Touch

It takes up too much room in here, this love. No room to move, no room to breathe. Breathing with one set of lungs. Laying down, conscious of nothing. One heart beat. The earth stands still. Love is filled with these broken promises. Nonetheless one can try to fill the void. Not even any room for thoughts. Thoughts of her. Liquid, lucid and so real. Pleading on hands and knees for one look. Joy is born within her smile. Happiness emanates from her eyes. Breaking the mirrors, no reflections cast. Remembrance is too painful.
