The Lion King, Yet Again

Hey, kids, guess what you’re doing?
Enjoy the subtlety
Of your forty-three hundredth viewing
Of your Lion King DVD!

Your mom and I will be busy
Talking, showering, changing, rearranging
Unless it’s a REAL emergency
Yes, talking about showering, then changing

(And don’t upset our rhyme
Or we’ll have to start anew
Because we’re having a tough time
Thinking right now)

Or something like that
But mostly please don’t knock
Oh, yeah, and feed the cat
Click, snap goes the lock

Turning on the shower
Just for the pretense
Will they watch at least an hour?
Not sure that makes sense.

From the clothing that binds you
You have been released
Come over here, Nala
You prowling, sexy beast
