The ole devil will get exactly what he has coming on the final day when he and all of his
cohorts will be thrown into the Lake of Fire! Praise God for His Ways!
The Last Laugh
Gone are the days that Adam and Eve
were living with peace from within,
a garden so fresh and perfect
till that ugly old thing called sin, it moved in.
It came slithering into the garden
in the form of a once beautiful snake,
but after the fall, God cursed it for all
and it now crawls on its belly for our sake.
You think to yourself, why’d she listen
but an upright snake would be quite a sight,
no excuse for it though, and then darkness it fell
turning glorious daylight into night.
Why that ugly ole snake It’s still lurking around
still trying its tricks out on me and on you,
praise God, at least he’s not upright
that is one trick now that he can’t do!
But that bag of old tricks it is still pretty full yet
I know that we have the last laugh,
for on judgment day, he’ll be swimming in fire
while in Heaven we’re sitting on lush green grass!
