The Knowing

Fear of death envelopes all other fears; annihilation of who we think we are, as in a separate self. This delusion, our suffering; identification with body, though knowing that it is ephemeral. Upon internalising attention, in thought vaporised meditation, we connect with the universe. Our consciousness shifts gently, reveals divinity, being we ourself hidden within; eternal, pristine, pure! 17-October-2020
