The Jollof

I run to eat the Jollof in the plate
When the love songs made me late
This aromatic food well garnished
Never made my saliva varnished
My joy is ceaseless with this plate

Okay so I haven't had much outside of what is considered to be southern food in the states. So I looked it up and it looks amazing!

I love, love eating Jollof ! It is one of my favorite dishes - so aromatic and super spicy! I also love this Limerick that brings out the delicious flavor of this exotic dish! Well done, my friend! Pandita
