The Illusion 2.

Not a second part, simply a different take. Flutter Your desires Through your every exhale, vapor, they depart They surround you, envelop you You look beyond your throne Covered in the skins your carved Your fallen foe Your gaze, lingering on what you crave Another breath It is yours Another breath You blink No breath, you panic You look back, your servants gone Your throne crumbles, the skins grow bodies They howl their glee You plummet. © Samir Georges 2009
