The Hues of Yesterday

The muted tones of yesterday...
Soft pastels of kids at play--
Lovers on a summer's day,
Charcoals of a moonlit May.

But watercolors fade away--
So too, the moonbeam's downy ray.
Some paintings seem to change that way...
How fleet, the hues of yesterday!

Hey girl, what up? Thanks for the effusive praise (look it up lol) and for caring. Art? According to Tolstoy, it is if you were moved by it. One of these days I'll surprise you with a SM. I hope you and Abby are doing well and scarffing down the Lucky Charms--or whatever it is :) Keep on smilin'...xoxo...Mel
