The Hourglass

.




XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Temporarily  I   had   control 
Flipping the clear hourglass over
The sand starts to flow freely
Slipping, skipping, falling
One grain upon each 
Other until 
All have passed
Through the 
Hole
X
Sands
Of life
Slip slowly
Through human hands
Permeates all known
Until     acquaintances
Have shared in our sands of life
Whether good or evil the deeds
Those sands touch on all people we know
