Speaking about Native American poverty, Senator Daniel K. Inouye once reported, "Out of every dollar Congress appropriates for Indian programmes, the Bureau of Indian Affairs uses 97-cents in the "administration" of those funds!" Most voters don't care because they are not Indians! Even President Obama authorised the write-off of billions of dollars of trust funds "lost" in the BIA accounting system because, "It would cost too much to audit them"! Aloha! Rico

The good news is Montana opposed Trump's curtailing Post Office services and a judge has ordered USPS to immediately restore services so your Christmas cards can be delivered this year instead of next! Aloha! Rico
