The Gods Are Stirring

Last night, lightning spiked, Turning night into brilliant day. Last night, thunder crashed, Like an avalanche rolling my way. The rain, I thought, would come for sure, It came to and end, with no downpour. T'was just the Olympian Gods upon high, Shaking the heavens, saying Winter is nigh. © Dave Timperley October 2014

Thanks Dave, I like this piece very much, now I know who's responsible for this weather.
