Geico's Gecko is a strange little dude

   Talking funny and strolling in the nude

      But be that as it may

         I'm sure he earns his pay

            At selling insurance he's mighty shrewd

LOL! Bob...I had just begun reading this when to my right the add appropriately pops up...yep... "Geico's Gecko" but , I had just finished the "nude" part when I noticed the voice bubble from the Gecko(of which I miss read) it said: "Go ahead, pop 'em" talking about pills...I thought he was inferring to pop you for your "nude" comment! LOL love the limerick...big hugs,love deb

this cracked me up! i never really thought of the gecko as "nude," but that only adds to the humor. nice one! (by the way, that gecko gets on my nerves, but i loved your poem about him.)

LOL! A good laugh on this one, he is very shrewd I think. However, that one commercial where he wakes up in Richard Simmons' hotel room is just lewd :).
