The Food Court In the Shopping Mall

Today I went to the shopping mall
A few items I needed to purchase
I decided to have a coffee and snack
Then went to Tim Horton's to order
Paid for it then walked to an area
Where I could enjoy my coffee and snack
There wasn't anywhere to sit down the
seated areas were all taken away
So stood near a railing to lean on
The security guard came to tell me
I could not eat or drink coffee here
So I went outside to have my snack and coffee
I understand the reason not sit down to eat
The virus has changed everything now
So now I have decided to eat breakfast at home
Then go shopping at the shopping mall

That is just one of the many adjustments we have all had to make since this virus popped its ugly head out into society.

Darlene,I am not scared at all! It's wonderful. The virus in in tbe air on the ground. With a 99.9 per cent recovery rate~ it's all goofy to me)) I am really jealous of you!!There is no Tim Hortons here. I have seen their menu. Awesome. No gov separates me from my family! That is communism at its best, sorry, cannot own me. Merry Christmas dear one, Panagiota xx

The nurses in the nursing homes have to get tested for the virus often. My goddaughter has to be very carful in what she does. No one is allowed to travelto other countries. This is very serious. No one is coming over for Christmas. We will be in our own homes.

Nicely penned Darlene. It's been an year and still it is evolving and getting even more dangerous. Heard about the new variant in England and Italy, and they say the new one spreads faster than the olders strands... May Almighty keep us all safe from this tiny little creature, and from all diseases.. Ameen. Great message in the poem. Hopefully, covid will soon be history. Take care lady. And Thank you for ur comment on my wall. Stay blessed!

Hi Darlene, it was on peak in March and April, but them miraculously it began to get less dangerous. Those who would get infected, won't get severely ill, and tge spread of the virus was minimum as well. In July and August we used to have just few hundred ppl who would get infected per day. But now again, it is getting dangerous. More people are getting infected. I am so worried. May God help us, because only He can :(
