The Flu Enveloped Me

I started the day wholly fresh and free
Allowing this flu to envelope me
I sparked a fever
Puked up a beaver
Waiting for the day I’ll heal so fully

Influenza is a bad bedfellow..When one gets it, they are wiped out and in the bed..I hope that you are now well..Reads like a winner to me.Thanks for the kind review of my work about the Red-Tips and yes, they will be remembered by me as something that the children did that I really appreciated...Sara
