The Flowers Haven'T Withered

THE FLOWERS HAVEN'T WITHERED
The journey began at the source of the river called youth, it meandered in all directions from the north to the south. We floated together holding each other’s hands so firmly in the torrents and across wastelands but never felt lonely. At dreamy dawn when we see in the sky the sunburst hue our vibrant love designs in our hearts colored tapestry new. The river is flowing in sluggish serenity toward the senile sea, embracing each other the sunset there we’re waiting to see. We’ve seen our love bloom in elegance in the valley of flower, the gleam of the blossom lasts to this day in the twilight hour. Near the journey’s end as I give you a bunch of these flowers, they haven’t withered you’ll find after forty seven summers.
