The Farmer and His Oxen

God said to humankind prosper and subdue the Earth and all that is upon it. So does the farmer harness oxen, and together they labour to satisfy his hunger. Then man said to god, these tender woman you made are for me, and my pleasure. So does the husband harness his woman and together they labour to satisfy his lust. Then man said to god, these impoverished souls you made are for me, and my ease. So does the rich man harness poverty and together they labour to satisfy his greed. Then man said to god, these vile foreigners you made are for me, and my contempt. So does the racist lash the foriegn and together they labour to slake his vanity. Then man said to god, these fleshy succulents you made are for me, and my feast. So does the Morlock harness their flesh and gorge himself upon defenceless; man, woman and child. God replied, "Know that I will personally judge each of you as you have dealt with my children.
