The Dragon Riders Saga III

The Dragon Riders Saga III You nor he may yet know his birthright or even his name Long have I watched you both and why to him it was now I came You'll need the Armor, shield, sword, and talisman to win this war You two are prophecies last hope and one this world cannot ignore Born and trained for courage, but bravery now needs a friend Wars are won with wisdom, and you both will need them in the end Now be off to Blood Mountain Lake with what I've instilled, and God speed I will be there for you when the time for my magic to be added is in need The Dragon was working on a battle plan when the lake came into his view An ugly unfamiliar land it was, but it was the sky that he so well knew He knew well that no Dragon fight had ever been won based upon defense He must make this fight his own and assume a course of powerful offense Today he was a Dragon of legend, a famous name, and every riders dream Immensely powerful, a master of flight and fight with a deafening scream Long ago he had vanished and since then many centuries had passed by There had been much talk around the campfires that he was left to die He knew that was then and now is today, time for this legend to unfold Were he and his rider those that prophecy had so long ago foretold They circled the lake both keeping a look out with an eagle sharp eye For here, now, a single mistake could be the difference between life and die A dark foul valley around a lake of molten rock bubbling for all it's worth A spring fed by lava rivers swelling up from the bowels of Hell deep within the Earth Was it shear luck, how could the elven princess have been so wrong? There not a sign of Taricrex, and they had been searching all day long Then they saw in the faint distance it looking like an open grave Cut into the mountain side was a wretched looking cave They landed on a small craggy shelf, just enough room to land it gave Going forward in silent caution so as to not make this foul place their grave Glowing magma bubbled below that could instantly turn their flash to ash Ever careful they were to avoid that burning deadly splash
