The Dog Park

There is a small dog park in the town that I live. It was the dream of one very special lady A dog park that would have many benefits to give. A place where dogs could play, where it was shady. Her ad in the paper caught the eye of another. Who thought that it was a wonderful thing to do. So they got together, agreed with each other And decided to make the dream come true. There was a day set for the town's big event. A grand opening to celebrate the new park. The whole town turned out, it was a day well spent It was such a success that the event lasted until it turned dark. The sign over the entrance, announced the name It was the Natasha and Nikita Dog Park The sign also had the pictures of the same. Two beautiful dogs, much loved, left their mark. A special occasion for all to be part of. It was an extra special one for me For the dogs on the sign, were mine to love. I look at the sign proudly, my beautiful dogs are there for all to see.

Lovely! Enjoyed! We do grow attached to our dog parks, community hubs, the last time I moved I aimed to stay within walking distance of my favourite park. You get to know people through generations of dogs.

Thank you, Charlie, It is alot of fun watching the antics going on in a dog park. Did you ever notice how they have their pals and hang out with the same group? Just like kids. Glad you enjoyed it, Charlie.
