This is a story about a Butterfly
She escaped the Boilermaker
Through transformation.
To transform required a period of incubation,
a need to sleep to dream and
the freedom of quiet self-contemplation -
of course, such a transformation
required immense courage and determination
to believe she could fly just as high,
yet for longer duration,
than any natural butterfly ever could -
and this she did,
when she finally unfurled
her spectacular iridescent cerulean wings
spreading them out wide
over every creature and
every household she touched
to one day
aLIGHT
on
ALL
of her
dreams.
The Dilettante Diaries: "The Incubation and Metamorphosis of Ulysses"
Where do you go in your dreams sweet Princess Ulysses?
Do you fly free in your dreams to that other Kingdom?
Where do you go in your mind sweet Princess Ulysses?
Do you see loose pearls in a jar
when your heart is crying
for all that over time has gone missing?
Where do you go in your heart sweet Princess Ulysses?
Do you remember the courage
implanted through regal blood therein?
The strength of a Queen with all of her might and Love to give?
Where do you sing in your fear sweet Princess Ulysses?
A mother’s voice is never far, it's strength resides in your lungs,
in the air that you breathe.
Where do you summon the power to Love sweet Princess Ulysses?
Do you not remember the
Mirror in your Windows?
True twin flame souls
pure LOVE
thatis winning ...
