better to be a deserter than to go down with this ship better to listen to the voice inside one’s own heart than to follow the lies & ******** better to see the wars for what they are than for what we’re told they should be better to be out in the streets than to be sitting at home (if you still have one) angry better to be elsewhere, finding out for yourself than where you’re “supposed to be” better to be sleeping, getting the rest you need than listening to their eloquent speech better to define freedom on your own terms than to ever believe.
