The Days of Summer

When the leaves fall,
In the autumn, as the,
Sunsets as the night becomes cooler.
Seasons resemble the,
Changing of the guard.
From baseball to the,
Newly knighted kings of Football.
As the seasons change,
From summer to winter,
So do our hopes, dreams, and desires.
Many still count down to the,
Return of the days of summer.
Remembering the memories,
Of old and new friends.
The beaches and BBQs.
When the snow falls,
We count down to the,
Return of the days of summer.

So true. Unless you are a lover of winter or fall.

I am actually a lover of the summer, as you probably already figured out. I've had frostbite twice I get super cold, haha. Therefore I don't like it. I am trying to like it better but so cold in Oklahoma. Thank you for comment.
