The Darkest Cloud 2 (Continued)

Staying up till dawn; they could not help but to talk all night long, They made up their very own song. She would take hours preparing perfect outfits, He would go to shows and enjoyed getting caught in the pits. His black truck was his pride; her paint brushes were her guide. He plays guitar in hope of becoming a rock star; she writes in hope of getting far. They stuck close together until they eventually grew on each other. The boy and the girl would day dream about growing old together. One night his friends told him to get into their car. The boy was taken by surprise; they kidnapped him to one of his favorite shows. Screaming fans, the glowing stage, the crowd was on their toes. The boy felt on top of the world, The music flowing through his veins and his new girl on his mind, He called it love. He never thought that feeling was a serious crime- The boy suddenly felt a ‘snap’ that felt like crap, and his leg was brutally fined. The boy looked up at the sky and demanded that black cloud to start being kind. He tore his ACL and told to stay in bed, but this boy did not have time for that and continued to rebel. The boy woke up and went to work He did was he was told, took his medicine- a perk Running late to his office, a bit under the weather, his boss decided to be a jerk. The boy was fired for feeling tired. The boy was not on top anymore. The black cloud above his head is a friend hard for him to adore.

This is an excellent continuation of the first one. I like the rhyming sequence. The story line flows very well. Great job and welcome to the Soup! ~Joseph
