Notes About The Poem

Choosing to serve the LORD is the best decision anyone can make.

The Choice

The Choice

Come, My child, a little bit higher
come to the top of My hill,
For I have a mighty work for you to do
but to obey Me is your choice, yes still.

Will you come and learn from Me
and at My feet tarry and still wait,
or will you choose to go another way
which will truly seal your fate?

My hand is still not pushy
as I will always gently lead My flock,
Yet there will be times that you will stumble
on your path over pebbles and sometimes a few big rocks.

But, choose this day whom you will serve
and make your choice so well,
for many eyes are upon you, child
a multitude that you can save from Hell.
