The Chase

I am walking through the darknest
Overcasted by the confusion that clouds my life and decesion
Feeling my way Through life not a map,
Or even a familiar sight to determin my where-abouts
Lead by faith but desived by my preseption,
And as I came to a stop, ready to give up,
Ready to submit to shakels that supress my inner-me
I heard a voice, not a voice like an angel-
But the voice of an angel
With a smile that peirced through the shadows,
So bright that even my eyes would close
Lost and lonley, I made hast towards the light
Running blindly, out of breath but out of mind
Faster my mind screamed, and faster my leg moved
And I ran, continuously, for 5 months
Then I stopped, after chasing a light, and riding a dream
I opened up my eyes, knowing!! for sure that angel,
Stood afront me, nose to nose and lip to lip
Only to find I am still in the darkness
Feeling my way through life not a map,
Or even a familiar sight to determin my where-abouts
Lead by faith but desived by my preseption,
Out of breath but out of mind i kept running....
Because every step brings me closer
