The Cat Who Drowned the Mouse

On a blustery cold day Before a terrible snow storm Such an awful thing happened Unbeknownst to me. After celebrating at a Christmas Party To my surprise I will never know why This cat-and-mouse chase Wreaked havoc throughout my place. I was stunned and shocked in disbelief; If someone could only see The look on my face. With a diligent swipe of her paw It went kerplunk Into the plastic floral glass Positioned on the kitchen table. Had no idea my hero Samii was capable Of doing such a devious deed How she was so determined to do so. I took one look inside the glass One-third full of Polar Seltzer Raspberry Lime I screamed in awe, "Oh, My God!" Not a single movement. How she thought of this tactic I will never understand But, she really did it! She truly deserves a special treat For her magnificent feat!

Yes, kitties are capable of strange things....flushing toilets.....alienating their own kind....claiming unreasonable territorial rights to name a few. We have now and have had many cats. Really enjoyed your write. Love, Daver
