this is so cute, Judith. I found out recently they are referred to as tree rats in my sister's state. Gosh I had never seen them as rats before. I guess I like the rodent family!!

Aw, such a sweet poem, Judy. I feed the birds and squirrels in wintertime. Tho' the little fellas have to wait til I bring my dogs in. My dogs don't bother the birds however. Beaut of a pic. Very personable poem, easy as grace. Love and smiles always.
