The Ball Pen of the Eyes
What I see is different from what you see
What I see is only seen, by me
What you see is what you've seen
That which your eyes sees.
What you see in me
May not truly be me
Only what you happen to see.
What I am and who I am
Is who I've become
My reflection may be as a result of a defunct action
Perhaps a deformed emotion.
The information you derive
May be deprived of truth, light and life.
You'd see me differently
That's definitely definite.
What I see is what my lens captures
And what my brains acts on
This might differ from yours
Even if we stare and gaze at once.
My eyes sees differently
From what your eyes saw intently.
Who I am to me
Is unknown to you
Known to the All-Knowing.
Even when I don't know myself
I'm my best friend.
My shadow is my black buddy,
My perspective;my directive
Keeps me active,
Proactive and decisive.
If what I am is me
Then why over write me?
Why write me amiss?
I'm a star on Earth
Even though I'm yet to twinkle.
Someday, I'll definitely get a spark
Grow teeth and bite like a shark.
Would have my tale written in books
When I'm finally off life's stagnant hook.
So while I'm still igniting,
See me as a work in progress.
Success would someday walk
Breakthrough would grow teeth and talk
Blessings would be seen in me
Then I'd reflect my true self
Becoming really full fleshed
My story would no more be far fetched.
