The Almighty Dollar

There once was a venerable scholar
Who was asked 'bout the worth of a dollar
   He replied, nonplussed
   "It's in God we trust"
George Washington's sly grin on his collar

Well, Truman found a profound latitude for Georgie's smirk of approval, validating his axiom GW (for Gershon, 'nay' George), Aloha wk

William, I just love that word, 'laxitude!' So many possibilities: Could rhyme it with lassitude (whatever that word means, LOL...Could use it for a bad case of diarrhea; LOL again…) Thanks for the creative comment!! :) gw

I think that if you gaze at the US Dollar, you'll notice the startling similarity between Washington's smile and Mona Lisa's. I'm trying to connect the dots there; so far I haven't. Any thoughts? … Thanks for the support, Jennifer! Best wishes, gw

Note G.W.'s sly grin, that Mona Lisa smile of his. Great comment, Michelle. Thank you so much. Warm wishes, Gershon
