The Accessions - Chapter 8, Verses 22-23, Holy Koran
Surely the lowest of animals, in Allah’s sight
Are the deaf and dumb. Though they have eyesight
They do not understand what’s wrong and what’s right.
And if Allah had known any good in them
He would made them hear His holy name
And if He makes them hear the same
They will turn back and blame.
