That Poem On Your Doorstep

Sometimes you pen beautiful poems, 
and they just get rushed by and ignored.

It reminds of leaving a stunning gift,
 in front of someone's door.

For some reason, the door never opens!
No matter how long, I languish there hoping.  
 
And my heart weeps, as I watch it, sitting 
cold and so poetically forlorn.

Why do I put myself through this?
I can just put it quietly away in a velvet lined drawer!

I do know, what we write on paper is also written to the spirit of humanity -- and lives on long after each individual incarnation. Maybe we just don't see the greater picture. Love, Joe and Ila. I loathe writing for that reason. It is a gift to be able to write, that, in itself, should be a reward Alas, tis not!-))) Do you know why people are re-Incar!nated, I mean Buddhistickly thinking. To come back and re-do, any and all incompletions in their past Life. And you keep coming back till all is handled. There is no Buddhist heaven! In Christianity, if we lived according to his principles, we go straight to heaven. If a monster straight to hell. There is no reincarnation in Christianity. You get a new body, serve God and live in a perfect place. We will not even look like our last selves, nor will anyone else. You work in heaven for God only. He is the only leader.
