That Cursor

Taking those photos
Sunrises, sunsets
Beautiful nature
What sights to see

Download very soon
On the computer
Where they flash across
The screen surprise me

Just like I am there
This morning sunrise
Flashed across the screen
But there that bright dot

Morning star shinning
I don't remember
Taking that picture
Early morning dark

Half-asleep_distance
Let me get closer
No glasses _sleepy eyes
Close enough now

That isn't morning star
It is just that mouse
That mouse cursor
Pretending to be star....

I enjoyed reading your poetry this morning Sara. I am looking forward to tomorrow and what I might read of yours again. Never let your pen lay and dry out. The best to you in your writing endeavors whatever they may be. Love, Carol
