THANKSGIVING LESSON

Gratitude lesson reigns indeed learned by my child with special need teaching me to show “thank you” with a glow when I don’t smile at his good deed. Thanksgiving* bliss must then prevail to vanquish pride that does assail as my son reminds since he really finds that I forget, and sometimes fail.
*Philippians 4:6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. November 18, 2023 3rd place, "Funny Thanksgiving Limerick Set" Poetry Writing Contest Sponsored by Tania Kitchin; judged on 11/23/2023
