Thanksgiving

The harsh wind blows sorrows of this passing year,
yet my heart is filled with cheer.
Undaunted from the winds of yesterday,
my heart still finds a way,
to be wrapped in gratitude
toward the One who's unchanging.
My soul is clothed with thanksgiving.

Adia, your appreciative poetic pen shines with prayerful beauty. A joyful heart wrapped in gratitude and a soul clothed with thanksgiving is truly an exquisite place of love to be one with the "One who's unchanging".. uplifting, sublime and divine poetry! Warmest wishes.. ~Susan
