Thankful
Things in life we take for granted
The heart we trust to love by choice
People, easily a deception to an illusion
Thankful for life in many ways
Death I've seen, troubles of society
Thankful it wasn't as bad as it could have been
Times struggle just a obstacle
Child's eyes grown by lead of example
Wasn't easy as I to face sinful human
Stay strong in one, thankful my grace
Steps I take my own consequences show
Who I am I stand a vision myself
Not one I'm not, I walk path unseen
Righteousness of life, thankful soul
Thankful person to have had chance to life
Experience I learn be of growth
Even in myself a change to perfection
Be as one would have me be
I live a world not alone inside
A world inside my depths peace exist
Thankful I am me, thankful he is with me
A choice to choose my portrait
These colors don't run, freedom I seek
Death be not vain but reality
Nothing is certain in life, be thankful what you have
Many trials we face only truth rein's
Even in ourselves a lie can not hide
Be thankful to yourself, don't let your portrait be a water one
