Thank Goodness It's Only Once a Year

Turkey so dry that I can’t speak Brussel sprouts boiled for a week Roast potatoes burnt to a crisp Lumpy gravy I feel Sick Jan Allison 26th October Inspired by Andrea’s contest but not written for it!

jan, LOVE the spoof you did of this form. I have never had the misfortune of eating a thanksgiving dinner like this one. LOVE your humor here. I'm faving THIS one You were very clever here.

Hahaha.I do miss not having thanksgiving day where I live.I wish to start that tradition one day.Its beautiful to thank God for blessings with a moist or dry turkey : ).Lovely! CT

I just wrote it for fun Tim not personal experience - we always have beef on Christmas day and I do the cooking - the sprouts bit was about mum who used to cook them to death lol Hugs Jan xxx
