Test Prep

My mind, it often jumps about So much I must contain With work and tests and home life, too I feel I’ve hurt my brain I’m reading all I have to read To prepare me for my test But life interrupts, calls attention And gives my brain more stress I must focus now on studying It’s truly now what I must do So, if I’m gone away from here It’s not because of you All of you are pleasant distractions That relieve my weary mind But I must get back to my studies Because I fell behind So, if you see I’m not about Please consider this I’ve said My studying is priority And I must fill my head

How rude of life to interrupt a poet's schedule! :P Good luck with your studies and don't strain your brain too much. :D Cheers, Alana
